We are very pleased with the service and connection provided by PrimoWireless. They turned up when they said they would, identified a problem and retuned the next day, again when they said they would, and installed the connection. From that point onwards we had no issues or problems. The connection was robust. The primary users of the link were digital artists, and no one experienced any issues at all.

We have other operations in the same region where we have used a major supplier and have paid significant fees for a service that might turn up within a range of hours, and a connection that appears variable. I would definitely recommend PrimoWireless not just for the quality of service but also the affordability.

The Rotary Club of Inglewood is the beneficiary of the kind support from PrimoWireless by way of the sponsored internet connection to our electronic message board. In 2005 the Club purchased and installed an LED display board for displaying community and business notices. The connection was by telephone land-line and dial-up modem, which at times was most unreliable and at all times an expense the club had to fund, as we got no relief from the phone line provider, despite this being a community, non-profit project.

In 2010 PrimoWireless offered to install a wireless internet connection and we were then able to use the latest sign software sourced from South Africa. This new connection is now extremely reliable, very quick and no modem delay time is suffered between sending messages.

Matthew and his team are happy to have their reward by way of promotion on the board and also that they are helping a popular community asset. I would like to recommend PrimoWireless. They solved my problem and made it possible to work from home. I run Rex Short Computer Services on Tariki Rd, Inglewood. There is no Telecom broadband in my area. Matthew and Jared came to my house, stood on the roof and ran some tests. Soon we were bringing the internet more that 20km through the air to my own network of computers. It is fast and clean internet and I have not had a single down day yet.
