PrimoWireless has a wide range of plans to suit most peoples needs.
We currently have coverage in most areas of North Taranaki and some coverage in the Stratford district with more to come, we are in process of expanding our network into the the rest of Stratford and the South Taranaki districts.

Data and speed of our plansAll of our plans are a minimum download and upload speed of 512kbps, this is burstable to 2048kbps (2MB) download and 1024kbps (1MB) upload. These speeds can be upgraded, please see below. All excess data is charged at the rate of $0.005* cents per MB ($5.12* per GB**). Double Up! - Double Speed and Double THE DataWe have an add-on available for all plans which is called Double Up, it quite simply doubles the speed of your connection and doubles your monthly data for double the price. Example: On a Primo 5 Double Up Plan you would get the same speeds as above but now burstable to 4096kbps (4MB) download and 2048kbps (2MB) upload, also a 10GB** data cap, this would cost $118* per month. All excess data is still charged at the rate of $0.005* cents per MB ($5.12* per GB**). Email Account AND SUPPORTAll plans include a PrimoWireless email account with a @primowireless.co.nz e-mail address, technical support is also available via phone and email during our business hours which are 9am - 6pm weekdays.Set Up CostsStandard Install
Our standard install cost is a one off $449.00 which includes, the antenna, fixings and cable.
Monthly Install Plan
We have an option for those that don’t want to pay up-front for an install. Instead you pay an additional $19 per month to your chosen Primo plan. e.g. Primo 10 ($70) + Monthly Install Plan ($19) = $89 per month.
The monthly install plan is for a minimum 24 month contract. There are disconnection penalties if you wish to terminate the contract early; within the first 12 months $299, between 12-24 months $199 after 24 months no disconnection charge.
Multiple PC’s / Wireless Router
If you want to connect more than one PC and/or require indoor wireless then a wireless router is supplied, and costs only $99 extra.
Equipment
All equipment supplied to the customer during install (excluding Wireless Router) remains the property of PrimoWireless. The install cost is based on line of sight to our current transmitter towers. Additional setup costs may occur if pole, or extra cable, etc is needed to raise the antenna to achieve line of sight.
Standard Install.... Our standard install is a one off $459.00*, which covers our installer coming out and installing the antenna, fixings and cable for a single PC connection. Multiple PC’s / Wireless Router... If you want to connect more than one PC and/or require indoor wireless then a wireless router can be supplied and setup during the install, wireless routers cost an extra $120*, and we will also setup your wireless devices for you.
