Key benefits of Business Broadband Business broadband links are high quality with low latency. Fibre like speed, performance, and reliability for a much lower price. Upgradable upload speed, anywhere up to 10Mbps* upload! ($50+ per Mb). All business links are continuously monitored for optimum performance. Faster fault response times and afterhours fault support available. Low over usage cost of only $0.0025 per MB, or $2.56+ per GB. We will install everything for you; you are not required to do anything. Installation and Set Up Costs Standard Install Our standard install cost is a one off $449.00 which includes, the antenna, fixings and cable. Monthly Install Plan We have an option for those that don’t want to pay up-front for an install. Instead you pay an additional $19 per month to your chosen Primo plan. e.g. Primo 10 ($70) + Monthly Install Plan ($19) = $89 per month. The monthly install plan is for a minimum 24 month contract. There are disconnection penalties if you wish to terminate the contract early; within the first 12 months $299, between 12-24 months $199 after 24 months no disconnection charge. Multiple PC’s / Wireless Router If you want to connect more than one PC and/or require indoor wireless then a wireless router is supplied, and costs only $99 extra. Equipment All equipment supplied to the customer during install (excluding Wireless Router) remains the property of PrimoWireless. The install cost is based on line of sight to our current transmitter towers. Additional setup costs may occur if pole, or extra cable, etc is needed to raise the antenna to achieve line of sight. Business Installation - $500.00+ Upgrade PrimoWireless Residential Connection - $200.00+ The Equipment All equipment supplied to you during the install remains the property of PrimoWireless Ltd. The install cost is based on line of sight to our current transmitter towers and additional setup costs may occur if a pole, or extra cable, etc is needed to raise the antenna to achieve line of sight. Email Accounts All business plans include a POP email account with an @primowireless.co.nz e-mail address, additional POP email accounts can be purchased for $3.00+ per month each. TECHNICAL SUPPORT** Technical support is available by phone during our business hours; which are 9am - 5pm weekdays - but you can also contact us by email 24/7, 365 days a year, or check out our frequently asked questions page. + = excl GST, all prices listed exclude GST unless otherwise stated. * = 5Mbps speed is on the rural network, 10Mbps speed is on the CBD, Bell Block network, etc. ^ = Upload speed can be upgraded in 1Mbps increments to a maximum of 10Mbps (refer above). * = 1GB is 1024MB.
