So that’s Inglewood, Urenui and Okato townships*.
We'll connect you to our Wireless network now and then switch you over to fibre when it's laid - simple!

*A signal test may still be required to ensure connectability.
The UFB build in Inglewood is due to start in October 2018. If you live in Inglewood and don't want to wait that long for fibre speeds, check out our Queue Jumper plans below.
Keep an eye out for further information over the coming months, this will allow you to streamline the fibre installation by pre-registering your interest at www.ultrafastfibre.co.nz
The form will ask you to give consent for Ultrafast Fibre Limited (UFF) to install the External Termination Point (ETP) (free-of-charge) on the outside of your house or business premises as the network is built down your street.

Plan changes can be requested at any time, and take effect on 1st of the month. Changing the data on your plan is free.
If your new house can be connected a reconnection fee of $99 is charged for all no contract connections or if transferring the remaining contract term. Sign up to a new 24 month contract and the fee will be waived.

All equipment supplied to you during the installation remains the property of PrimoWireless Ltd.
The router supplied remains the property of PrimoWireless. Primo will manage the router, and configuration changes can only be performed by Primo. Primo will supply a replacement if your router fails.
A $199 (inc GST) charge will be added to your final account if your router is not returned within 14 days should you choose to disconnect from Primo.
Actual user speeds will vary and are affected by various factors including the hardware and software used, number of devices, time of day, and where the data is coming from.
