Quoted speeds are "peak" speeds and are not guaranteed. Actual speeds will depend on factors such as time of day, location, internet congestion and line-of-site, etc. The service is best-effort. All prices are the monthly charge and include GST.  Terms and conditions apply and can be downloaded from here.

Free Off Peak Data is from midnight to 6am - save your data cap and use the Free Off Peak for those important computer updates, downloading videos and music etc

Our Standard Terms and Conditions (STC's) apply to all services supplied by Primo and therefore once supplied, are agreed to by the Customer (you).

  • Installation costs Open or Close

    Install costs are based on line of sight to our current towers and may incur additional setup costs, take a look at our Rural Wireless and RBI installation info page for more details on our process.

    Includes full onsite support from our team of technicians.

    Early disconnection fee of $299 applies - moving house? see below

    • Connection with no contract - $299.00 (incl GST).

    Router included with $5/month rental fee
    Onsite technical support is not included and will incur additional charges for callout and equipment replacement (we will stand by our warranty obligations).


    All connections must be plugged into a surge protection board - if you do not have one, our technician can supply one at install for $25.

    Router courier fee $15 or picked up from our office if required.

  • Moving House? Open or Close

    If your new house can be connected on rural wireless a reconnection fee of $99 is charged for all no contract connections or if transferring the remaining contract term.  Sign up to a new 24 month contract and the fee will be waived.  Fees or contracts may apply to other available services, take a look at our Rural Wireless and RBI installation info, or ask our helpdesk team when you call to advise us you are moving.

  • Over Usage Open or Close

    Full Speed Plans won't be slowed down when you reach your data cap, its always full speed and we have a low over usage cost of only $2.00 (incl GST) per GB.

    Our capped plans will be slowed down when you reach your data cap, there are no over use costs.  To speed up again you can purchase a Data Pack.

  • Data Packs Open or Close

    Need extra Data?  Data packs are available online 24/7 for purchase via the Primo Portal.

    You can get another 20GB for $30.00, 30GB for $40.00 or 40GB for $50.00 (all incl GST) instead of the standard $2.00 per GB.

    Data pack data now rolls over from month to month until used up. It expires six months after purchase. 

  • Plan Changes Open or Close

    Plan changes are free and can be requested at any time, taking effect on 1st of the month. 

  • Primo Phone Lines Open or Close

    You can get rid of your copper phone lines all-together and move to our Primo Phone service for only $15.00 (incl GST) per month per line - click here for more info. 

  • Multiple PC’s / Wireless Router Open or Close

    If you want to connect more than one PC then an indoor wireless router will be required.  Primo provides a router free with your connection and will manage it, configuration changes can only be performed by Primo.  Primo will supply a replacement if your router fails.

    A $199 charge will be added to your final account and will be credited back when your router is returned within 14 days should you choose to disconnect from Primo.

    Any routers we provide come with full support from us and come fully pre-configured with your user details and passwords.  Talk to us about specialised routers, POA.

  • The Equipment Open or Close

    All equipment supplied to you during the install remains the property of PrimoWireless Ltd.

    Technical support is available by phone during our business hours; which are 9am - 5:30pm weekdays.
